At INSIEME JEWELRY we offer you the chance to return your purchase within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
We recommend that you make your return via certified mail or return receipt request, to avoid any possible loss of it. In any case, a return may be made by any other means as long as there is a record of how it has been carried out within the time limit set. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our warehouse. The cost of sending articles that you wish to return, shall be borne by you; we cannot accept returns sent by freight collect. Likewise, we inform you that we cannot accept returns and exchanges of goods purchased from physical stores, department stores or official distributors.
It is important that your products are in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original instructions, documentation, accessories, packaging and labelling being preserved. Along with the returned items we need you to include the proof of purchase, your name, address (specifying this is a return in the package) and a phone number to contact you if there is any problem with your return.
Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once they are verified to be in perfect condition we shall refund the corresponding amount. The refund will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receipt of the article. Please keep in mind that we cannot take into account the shipping costs for your initial order in the refund.
Due to the handcrafted process carried out on each of our pieces it is possible that some of the colours or shapes of the articles may vary slightly in relation to the pictures displayed on our website. If you want to change the size or colour of the article, you will need to complete a new order, processing the return of your previous order and requesting a refund of its amount.
